Please ensure you have the latest operating system on your iPhone or android device and try downloading again.
Make sure you are running the latest version of the app to access Velocity Frequent Flyer’s functionality. Update My 7-Eleven app in the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play store (Android) if required.
Within the My 7-Eleven app go to Settings>Contact us and please detail the issue and include a copy of your error if possible so 7-Eleven can assist in resolving the issue.
That’s not ideal. You must scan your ‘My Card’ at the time of the transaction to earn Velocity Points.
There are a few ways you can earn Velocity Points:
- You can simply download the My 7-Eleven app and link your Velocity account and scan your ‘My Card’ once the accounts are linked.
- Or, you can use the Velocity Frequent Flyer or Virgin Australia app to access your digital My Velocity Card.
Both options can be scanned at the register at 7-Eleven to earn Velocity Points on eligible purchases.
Do you have an email from Velocity in your inbox? If so, you can find your membership details at the top of the email.
For assistance with Velocity Points allocation for your 7-Eleven purchases, please reach out to Velocity Member Support. You will be asked to provide a copy of your 7-Eleven receipt relating to that purchase. If you do not have a copy of your receipt, you can contact 7-Eleven support from within the My 7-Eleven app.
