Effective 15 May 2023: 

Important note: We wish to advise you that from Monday 15th May 2023, Money Transfer Services will no longer be available. This means you won’t be able use money sending service at kiosks in 7-Eleven stores. For more information, please visit our FAQs on 7-Eleven Money Transfer FAQs.

Please be aware that 7-Eleven will be shutting down its Money Transfer Services website from 15 May 2023, and that any inquiries for historical transactions should be directed to MoneyGram (www.moneygram.com/mgo/au/en/, Customer support line: 1800 049 087).

Effective 1 July 2021:

MoneyGram money receiving and refund services are unavailable at 7-Eleven stores until further notice.

Please visit MoneyGram for alternative MoneyGram money receiving locations. Refunds can also be processed at alternative MoneyGram money receiving locations. There will be no change to MoneyGram money sending services otherwise. For further assistance, please call 1300-807-088.
