Consider it activated. Once you purchase your 7-Eleven Gift Card, it’s automatically activated and ready for use.

It's pretty simple. When buying something in a 7-Eleven store just advise the store team member that you'd like to pay with a 7-Eleven Gift Card. They'll let you know the rest.

Important: If your purchase total exceeds the available balance on your 7-Eleven Gift Card you will be required to then pay the difference by other accepted means (e.g. card or cash) to finalise payment.

If you can buy it in an Australian 7-Eleven store*, you can use your 7-Eleven Gift Card.

There's no rush. You've got a whole 3 years to spend up big. 7-Eleven Gift Cards expire either 36 months from the initial purchase or the last time you used the Card - whichever is the later.

It's no secret. The expiry date is printed on the receipt when you purchase the 7-Eleven Gift Card and each time you use it.

7-Eleven Gift Cards should be treated as cash, as unfortunately we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged 7-Eleven Gift Cards.

The 7-Eleven Gift Card balance is printed on your receipt when you purchase a card. An updated balance is printed on the receipt each time the 7-Eleven Gift Card is used, or you can request the store team member do a balance check for you. 

You can also check your balance anytime on the website.

Yes, you can top up the value of your 7-Eleven Gift Card at any 7-Eleven store in Australia by adding $10 - $150.

Your 7-Eleven Gift Card has a maximum limit of $150.

Even though 7-Eleven Gift Cards are as good as cash at 7-Eleven stores, they are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.

There are no fees or charges for the purchase of a 7-Eleven Gift Card.
