Our community partnerships program, 7-Eleven Good Cause, is focused on making a real difference to Australian society and our local communities.
We focus on food, migrants, youth and our local communities. We help those who are experiencing food insecurity, new migrants struggling to settle in our community, young people who need mental health support and locally based organisations who help people experiencing homelessness.
We support with three main partners to maximise the impact we can have in our community. The four areas we focus on are migrants, young people, food and local communities.
We work with AMES Australia to support their efforts to help migrants to live, learn and work in Australia. To support young people we work with ReachOut, Australia’s leading online mental health organisation for young people and their parents.
We work with The Salvation Army Australia to help the Salvos to provide food, support and compassion to help those doing it tough to get back on their feet, to respond to natural disasters, and at the same time, minimise the amount of perfectly good food that might otherwise end up in landfill.
7-Eleven Good Cause is about more than just financial support. Our team provide their time and talent to help our community partners extend the support they are able to deliver. We’re very proud to share the stories of our partners and people and the work they do in our communities.
