Velocity Terms and Conditions

Velocity Frequent Flyer members can earn Velocity Points by linking their Velocity account to the My 7-Eleven app and scanning the app My Card or by swiping/scanning their physical/digital Velocity Membership Card at the same time that they make  an Eligible Purchase with an Eligible Payment Method at 7-Eleven stores. Non-Velocity members can join the Velocity Frequent Flyer program before swiping their linked My 7-Eleven app or scanning their Velocity Digital Card to earn Velocity Points. Earn 2 Points per $1 spent on in store Eligible Purchases.  Exclusions apply including  tobacco products, lottery tickets, toll, mobile, gift and travel cards MoneyGram.

Earn 2 Points for every 1 litre of Premium Fuel purchased and 1 Point for every 1 litre of Standard Fuel purchased, excludes pre-packaged fuel products. Excluded payment methods include 7-Eleven Fuel Pass and any fleet card.  All Eligible Purchases will be rounded up to the nearest whole litre or whole dollar amount for the purpose of awarding Points. Retrospective claims for  Points will not be accepted, even in case of  technology malfunctions. Allow up to 24 hrs after the purchase for Points to be allocated.
