In an inspiring presentation, Callum spoke about the opportunities for retailers to use data and technology to personalise their offer for customers, and engage with their customers in more relevant ways.

As the winner of the 2014 Australian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS) Peter Jowett Industry Award, for the retailer category, Callum represented Australia at the global NACS awards and was thrilled to take home the global award.

Speaking about his win, Callum said, "I feel privileged to have taken out this award amongst the entrepreneurial and talented members of the convenience industry. Representing 7-Eleven Australia and AACS in Las Vegas was a very proud moment," Callum said.

"7-Eleven has supported me at every step of my professional journey, and I have been able to learn from staff at every level of the business. I have been given the opportunity to follow my goals in the convenience industry, and I plan on working my way up the Operations ladder.

"This has been a fantastic opportunity for me to find new ways to enhance the customer experience through 7-Eleven.
