    If you can buy it in an Australian 7-Eleven store*, you can use your 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card.

    Consider it activated. Once you purchase a 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card it is automatically activated and available for use.

2 Troubleshooting

  • Do 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Cards expire?
    There's no rush. You've got a whole 2 years to spend up big. Because 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Cards expire either 24 months from the initial purchase or the last time you used the Card whichever is the later.
  • How do I know when my card will expire?
    It's no secret. The expiry date is printed on the receipt when you purchase the Card and each time you use the Card.
  • What do I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
    Please be careful and treat a Gift Card like cash as non registered cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. If your Card is registered please contact the 7-Eleven Customer Service team on 1800 247 711.

3 Registration

  • How can I register my 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card?
    You can register your Card at www.my7elevencard.com.au. Just create a profile first then you can register a Card to your profile. So if you are not registered, set up a profile first.
  • How do I create a profile?
    Go to www.my7elevencard.com.au and click on Register now! Follow the prompts and fill in the fields as required. Once you submit your profile you will receive a confirmation email. Open the email and click on Confirm Email to activate your profile.

4 Payments

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major payment types.
  • How much do they cost?
    It's up to you. 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Cards can be loaded up with a minimum $10 to a maximum $150. There are no fees or charges for the purchase of a 7-Eleven Gift Card.
  • How do I check the balance on my 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card?
    The Card balance is printed on your receipt when you purchase a card, an updated balance is printed on the receipt each time the Card is used, or you can request the Staff Person do a balance check on the Card for you.

    You can also go to www.7eleven.com.au/giftcards to check your balance at any time.
  • Can I check the Transaction History on my 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card?
    If you're wondering what you've spent your Gift Card on just go to www.7eleven.com.au/giftcards and follow the instructions to see the details of the last 10 transactions on your Card.
  • Can I have the balance on my 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card paid out in cash?
    Even though Gift Cards are as good as cash at 7-Eleven stores, they are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.
  • Can I top up the value on my 7-Eleven Good Call Gift Card?
    It's the Gift Card that keeps on giving. By registering your Card to your profile and accepting the additional Terms & Conditions your Card will automatically be converted to a 7-Eleven Reloadable Card.

    You can then top up your Card in any 7-Eleven store in Australia.
