Appendix 3– International & Satellite Direct Dial Call Charges Commoditel (Australia) Pty ltd Pre-Paid Mobile Services standard form of agreement for "Speak Up" prepaid mobile phone users The charges for International calls include an initial Flagfall charge of $0.25 excluding GST ($0.275 including GST) per call plus the GST inclusive rate for each international destination as shown in the table below. Calls are charged in 30 second blocks. 
The charges for Satellite calls include an initial Flagfall charge of $0.18 excluding GST ($0.20 including GST) per call plus the GST inclusive rate for each destination satellite prefix as shown in the table below. Calls are charged in 30 second blocks.
