7-Eleven’s IT department require a Network Administrator, reporting to the Business Systems Infrastructure Manager.
The role involves:
• Provide quality service and maintenance of Intel servers, desktop, mobile systems and solutions
• Provide quality service and maintenance of data, systems security and disaster recovery
• Provide incident resolution and manage effective communication to minimise business impact
• Deliver and implement system solutions to the business that meet business objectives within agreed timelines
• Maintain high availability of critical network and systems by ensuring known issues are rectified in a timely manner
• Software asset management
• Liaison with business functions and third parties to ensure service expectations are met
• Other responsibilities as directed by the Business Systems Infrastructure Manager
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Degree level qualification in a relevant IT discipline is desirable
• Certification or relevant experience in Microsoft and networking technology. Eg: MCP, MCDST
• Three years technology experience including administration and desktop support

7-Eleven’s Finance Department is now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to report to the National Payroll Manager.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD HAVE:
• Minimum two years experience in Payroll
• Payroll software experience is essential, Micropay preferred
• Familiarity with retail, fuel and/or hospitality awards will be considered favourably
• Excellent communication skills
- Well developed written skills
- Clear verbal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, from store staff to senior management
• Integrity and strong business ethics
• Be able to work autonomously, and use initiative for problem solving
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines especially when under pressure
• Detail minded, pragmatic, pleasantly assertive and confident
• Well developed computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
